Eligible Services

Refund requests may be considered for the following services:

• Shared Web Hosting
• VPS Hosting (within the applicable guarantee period)
• Radio Streaming Services (before account activation)
• Website Design (before project work has begun)

Once a service has been activated, configured, or delivered, it becomes non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

• Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
• SSL Certificates
• Dedicated Servers
• VPS Hosting after provisioning
• Website Design after development has started
• Custom Software Development
• Mobile Application Development
• NR Worship Pro Licenses
• Digital Downloads
• Setup Fees
• Third-party software licenses

Website Design Services

Website Design is a custom service.

Because each project is created specifically for the client, refunds are not available once design or development work has started.

Hosting Services

Hosting services may qualify for a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, provided that:

• The request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
• The account has not violated our Terms of Service.
• The refund applies only to the hosting service itself.

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, setup fees, and additional services are excluded.

Radio Streaming Services

Refunds for Radio Streaming accounts are only available before the streaming server has been provisioned.

Once the account has been created and activated, no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Billing Department and include:

• Your full name
• Invoice number
• Order number
• Reason for your request

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
